Training dogs has come a long way
in the past decade. Gone are the days of "I say, you do". Kind,
motivational training is about developing good communication skills
with your dog: about learning a little canine language, while
teaching a little human language, too. Dogs love to learn. In

confident they become and the more they want to learn.

Hi Marilynn and Dianne,
I wanted to send you a quick note and thank you for all the help you
gave us with PeekABoo. PeekABoo is growing big and strong, and has
become such a good dog. (Although, she still has her naughty days
like all puppies.) We can finally go for
long walks without having to stop and start to keep her
from pulling. She is so good, the kids can even hold the leash.
She is adjusting to San Antonio and loves the
bigger back yard. Zamboni, our golden retriever isn't having the
best of luck here. I took him to a new groomer and instead
of trimming him, they accidentally shaved him. Needless to say, my
beautiful golden looks like a schnauzer with a summer cut and now
has to wear sunscreen to go for his walks. I attached a recent
picture of PeekaBoo. (Zamboni is too ashamed of his haircut for
pictures.) Thanks again for all of your help with PeekaBoo. You
really showed us how to work with her.
